Since 2004 the Friedmann family has been providing care giving services
in the Los Angeles and San Fernando Valley area. Our extra personal
touch allowed us to earn an excellent reputation in the community. Many
of our clients come to us through referrals from previous clients or their
families.
From the start we have been concerned with making sure that the client
has a caregiver that they like. This lead to our unique "Guarantee of
Compatibility", which means that if the client is not satisfied with the
caregiver for any reason, we will replace the caregiver immediately until the
client is happy.
We spend a great deal of time and effort selecting the best workers. We
perform a thorough background and reference check. We stand out in
our industry by paying our caregivers on a weekly basis, which allows us
to attract quality, dependable workers who stay with us.
We make sure that our clients are always covered in case a caregiver
becomes ill, needs time off, or for any reason can't be there, by providing
another qualified person, who is oriented prior to taking the job.
